Every Casa Fonkel piece is made to order. Once your design is approved and your consultation is complete, production typically takes 4–8 weeks. We'll keep you informed at every stage.

We currently ship within the EU. We're working on expanding to additional countries, if you're outside the EU and interested in a piece, reach out via our contact page and we'll see what we can arrange.

Both are real diamonds — chemically, physically, and optically identical. Natural diamonds are mined; lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled conditions. Lab-grown diamonds are typically more affordable. We offer both, sourced directly from the Antwerp Diamond Bourse, and we'll help you choose what's right for your piece and budget.

Yes — that's the heart of what we do. Use our design tool to share your vision: step by step, by uploading an inspiration photo, or simply describing what you have in mind in your own words. We review every submission personally and come back to you within one business day with a personalised visual concept. From there we refine together, you approve a digital prototype, and we craft your piece by hand.

We work with all classic, goldsmith-approved settings — solitaire, halo, pavé, bezel, three-stone, and channel. For diamond shapes we offer round brilliant, princess, oval, cushion, emerald, pear, marquise, and radiant. We also carry a curated collection of classic ready-to-order pieces. Every design — custom or collection — is made to order and sourced directly from Antwerp.

Yes. Our diamonds — both natural and lab-grown — are sourced directly through a specialist with over 25 years on the Antwerp Diamond Bourse. Antwerp's diamond trade operates under strict ethical and traceability standards.

Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns without cause. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us at info@casafonkel.com within 15 days of receiving it, with the item unused and in its original packaging. We'll guide you through the process. If the fit isn't right, we're happy to resize. Our goal is that you love what you receive — if something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.

 

Avoid contact with harsh chemicals and store your piece in a clean, dry place when not in use. White gold may naturally need rhodium replating over time to maintain its bright finish — this is normal and we offer this service. For cleaning or polishing, contact us atinfo@casafonkel.com.
