European Union Shipping

At Casa Fonkel, we currently only ship to European Union countries. We apologize for any inconvenience to our international customers outside the EU and hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Shipping Rates

For orders within the European Union, we offer the following shipping rates:

  • Orders with a value below 500 euros: Shipping fees apply based on the destination and weight of the package. These shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

  • Orders with a value of 500 euros or more: We're pleased to offer free shipping for orders exceeding 500 euros within the European Union.

Processing Time

At Casa Fonkel, we take pride in crafting each piece of jewelry with meticulous attention to detail. Our commitment to quality means that our pieces are made on demand, ensuring that you receive a product that meets our high standards.

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, please allow approximately 3 weeks for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipping. For tailored or customized pieces, the production time may be extended, and it can take up to 6 weeks for your order to be completed.

Rest assured, once your pieces are ready for shipment, we will promptly notify you via email. You will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
